SPECIAL Ts & Cs for the 2017 Winterspecial
This deal includes:
- You only pay R1350 pp
- Transport from Cape Town can be arranged at an additional fee of R400 per person and R350 pp from/to Hermanus.
- Our normal T’s & C’s apply along with:
- • To qualify for this Special all bookings must be done on our website.
- • No bookings through agents will be accepted.
- • This Special cannot be used in collaboration with another Special Offer.
- • To qualify for the deal you need to book and pay online.
- • Bookings & Payments for this deal can be made until 30.8.2017 – for any date of the client’s choice until 30.8.2017
GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
All spaces on tour should be booked at least 48 hours in advance to avoid disappointment.
Passengers are picked up and dropped off at the venues as specified and agreed upon and must be ready to leave from these departure points at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure times.
In the event of a bus running behind schedule due to traffic or road works, every attempt will be made to keep passengers informed but we accept no liability for any inconvenience in this regard.
No animals are allowed on the bus.
CONDITION OF PAYMENT
A 100% deposit or upfront credit card payment will confirm all bookings. No booking can be confirmed without the required proof of payment or credit card authorisation.
Payments can be made online when making a reservation. Telephonic reservations will require the completion of a credit card authorisation form to secure booking.
A child of 12 years and older will automatically be regarded as an adult and charged the full adult rate for all services.
Price is inclusive of Value Added Tax.
We encourage advance bookings based on demand. Our cancellation policy is as below:
Cancellations received within 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled trip, will incur 50% of the booking fee. A full refund will be made for cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled trip. No refunds will be made for no shows and cancellations received within 24 hours of the scheduled trip.
A full refund will be considered on merit, by management, in the event of illness, hospitalisation, accident or death, upon receipt of proof thereof.
A full refund or voucher for future dated trip will be granted should the activity be cancelled in the interest of safety.
In the remote chance of no great white shark activity while on a shark cage diving experience, the client will be issued a voucher for an alternative date.
All guests are required to sign an indemnity form prior to the activity thereby acknowledging that the activity is undertaken at own risk. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who signed the indemnity form on their behalf.
Supreme Sharks shall be entitled to take photographs, films and videos of the clients during the Shark Cage Diving experience tour. Starting from pick up/ office up to completion of dive and arriving back at the club house.
Supreme Sharks may also use such photographic, film and video material for the purpose of any advertising, social networking, website content or brochure productions, which the client irrevocably gives consent for, and without any consideration being payable to the client.
All trips are subject to weather conditions and times may vary accordingly. Diving may therefore not always be possible and is therefore not guaranteed.
We are dealing with wild animals and sightings are therefore not guaranteed. Refunds will therefore not be considered in the event of non-sightings, however, a voucher for another trip in future will be offered.
Upon the confirmation of any booking, it shall be regarded that the client has read and accepted all the terms and conditions contained herein.
